According to many 'ideal weight calculator's you should be between 104 and 140--age can affect this amount...There is no magic number of pounds you should lose (if any). You need to do what will make you happy with yourself.

I am 5'3 so I am going to say at least 30 -35 lbs

umm none really but a lot of people think they look great at that hight at 130lbs
