you seem hot ,nice , honest so you can do this very easy i like it when guys say something sweet to me it makes me feel great and that i can trust them.

You don't need to tell her at all. Ask her out if you are old enough to date. Don't give your feelings away like that because if she does not reciprocate them, you will be left feeling angry and let down. Share your feelings after you have kissed a few times.

FIrst get her where she is alone and with out friends. Then politley introduce yourself. THen ask her if she would like to go to the movies with you or dinner. Tell her you will pay ( assuming you will lol) and there you have a date.
