Most healthcare sights will say a normal/ healthy range for an adult female is 125-135 lbs. This is not always accurate though when you have too factor in age, genetics and diet, but ...this is what they deem fit!

I'm 5'6 and weigh 110

this site can give you an ideal weight but you could be more or less what they think depending on your body fat and muscle

go to webmd.com and in the search bar type in BMI it will bring up a section that lets you put in your height and weight then it will tell you if you are under/over weight or just right and give you details

Well i'm 5'7 though i fancy myself taller anyways if your bone frame is mudeuime you should be 145. i dont know if your bone structer is large or small sorry.
