Omg thats tiny Im 12 im 5'2 and I weigh about 100 pounds and my doctor says thats under the average weight for my age ground and height. Dont worry about losing weight mabey just try running in the mornings before school or after school for 10-15 minutes or on the weekends or mabey 30 crunches a day and mabey lay off some junk food. You seriously dont have to worry about a thing. There is one amazing excersize I'm not sure what its called but sit on the floor in a V like your going to stretch but not like splits, have your butt on the floor. put your hands touching the floor but your whole hand doesnt have to be and then just pull your legs up and then put them down but not all the way down just a bout an inch of the ground. Or you could also try v-ups!

You're tiny, you're actually borderline for being underweight... To get a flatter stomach, just exercise. Be smart about it, don't over do it. Cardio, crunches, but make your goal to tighten up your muscles, not to lose weight. If you do it right, your body will look the same, but your muscle mass will increase, which may bump up your weight number a few pounds, even if you look a little smaller. Be careful.

I'm the same age and I'm 105 lbs. Crunches, Push ups, Chin ups, all those things help with abs. I'm not trying to turn you into a man or anything but thats how you get a six pack and it works.

Get a slimmer belt to wear while you work out. It helps to get rid of excess water weight in the stomach area. Other than that, just keep working out, concentrating on your abs! A very helpful tip I learned was to start with cardio, then move to sit-ups or whatever you do to help your ab work out, and then DO CARDIO AGAIN. This helps to work out the muscles you just strained and will help stimulate the abs.

Well personally i think that you don't need to lose even 1 pound your already really small. if you want to get a flatter stomach try getting active, do a couple sit ups every now and then. play sports and just eat healthier like don't starve just eat more nutristious foods and that should help!
