Not all over the whole country at all times, no.

If you say hijack or bomb or stuff like that on a plane, you can be detained. If you lie under oath, you can be arrested, etc...

Some communities may arrest you for certain swear words.

In our system of law, only what has been explicitly forbidden by law is illegal, everything else is perfectly legal. Unless you can find a law that explicitly forbids the use of any given word, the answer is no. There is no such thing as an "illegal" word.

There are many laws and rules that regulate human behavior i/e inciting criminal or sedition activity, but they regulate what you do with the words, not the words themselves.

That's an interesting question. I found you an interesting law from the California Penal Code. This is the law on disturbing the peace in California. Read subsection (3).

Penal Code §415. Any of the following persons shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days, a fine of not more than four hundred dollars ($400), or both such imprisonment and fine:
(1) Any person who unlawfully fights in a public place or challenges another person in a public place to fight.
(2) Any person who maliciously and willfully disturbs another person by loud and unreasonable noise.
(3) Any person who uses offensive words in a public place which are inherently likely to provoke an immediate violent reaction.

Translation: So, if you are walking down the street cussing at people, getting in their face, or making racists comments toward them just to see what they would do, then you would be in violation of this law.

None to my knowledge. Even if you use them to convey a threat, the threat, or act, is illegal and criminal , not the words themselves.

How about the 2 words: "I DO". Might not be illegal, but they sure can be expensive.
