This is pretty much it.
1/3 cup light olive oil
2 Tablespoons dark sesame oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1 Tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or pinch
of ground ginger
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
Combine all ingredients in a
tightly lidded cruet or bottle.
Shake well before each use.

WARM SESAME CHICKEN SALAD
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 scallion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 c. salad greens
3-4 lb. cooked chicken, cubed
Sesame seeds for garnish
In saucepan toast sesame seeds in oil. Add honey, vinegar, soy sauce, scallion, garlic, ginger, red pepper and chicken. Warm thoroughly and toss with salad greens. Serve.
