They are more confortable than men's. No, it doesn't mean your gay. I'm a straight guy and have been wearing them for years. The women I've met don't have an issue with it. Actually some get turned on. They think it's cute(in a good way). I normally don't discuss my underwear needs with people I know, so people I know don't know.
