i want to start running but previously
after a week or 2 i get pains in my knees & shins, does anyone have some good exercices to strenthan the muscles around this area

Low impact such as swimming or exercise bike.

I used to suffer from the same pains but i found wearing a softer soled trainer helped alot like Nike Air Max.
