I go to the gym three times a week and find toning my arms and stomach easy (ish..!), I have mega problems in doing anything which tones and loses weight on my legs though. I run on the tredmill and use the weights, and sometimes go swimming, not sure what I am doing wrong! Wondering if anyone can help me, with any specialised exercises that I could be doing. Thanks :)

You cannot target fat loss. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. You can slim your legs down by walking a lot. It really does it. I walk and my legs are always slim. It tones them up. I don't know about a tread mill but just outside walking.
