I want to work out but whenever I do it I get distracted or bored... does anyone have any ideas or something?

I need a workout I can do at home not one like dance classes or anything like that

if u are easily distracted from something that means u dont like to do it you should consider the fact that what you are doing isnt catching your intrest and you are only doing it for the end result
loose weight gain muscle whatever
do something that you have fun with, learn self defence
go swimming, go for a run in the morning and let the wind through your hair
take your bike to the grocery store instead of your car
instead of the 500 calorie muffin for breakfast try some homemade pancakes
stuff like that really makes a difference and even though you cant see it all it takes is a chance
once you make the change you just have to keep going and before you know it everything will be different

join a class or sign up for a sport. there are lots of fun activities, like martial arts, dance classes that are a real work out but your having fun so it doesn't need to seem that way. also going out to a dance club can be considered a work out if you dance alot and don't bother with drinking. Just do thinks that you enjoy instead of a full blown boring exersize routine.
