I can guarantee you will lose weight.

I can guarantee you will look ill and gaunt by the end of the week.

I can guarantee that two weeks after this ridiculous - and dangerous - idea, you will have put ON more weight that what you have now.

Its scientific fact that diets do not work. I won't go into it because i cant be bothered to write an essay, but genetically, when it comes to nutritional needs and metabolism, we are not much changed from neanderthal man.

If you starve yourself (which is what you are suggesting), your metabolism will hit rock bottom - its your bodies natural defence mechanism. This will mean energy will be burnt very slowly and very inefficiently. You will feel very weak and maybe even quite ill.

As soon as this pathetic "diet" is up and normal eating resumes, your screwed up metabolism will store practically every calorie and ounce of fat going thinking it might be "starved" again. Thus any weight you may have lost, will be put back on again with a vengeance. And you will end up with even more body fat than what you have now.

For safe, guaranteed and consistent body fat loss/reduction, you should eat a healthy, balanced diet rich in wholemeal foods, lean meats, "good" dairy products like milk and healthy versions of margerine, fruit and veg. BUT, this must be included with exercise. Exercise increases the metabolism which further burns away the fat. Changing your diet alone will not = much weight loss. It must be combined with exercise.

You need to eat 500 calories LESS each day and exercise 3-5 times per week for around an hour.

Exercise is the easy bit, its the nutrition which is the difficult.

you will lose weight, thou u will lose weight by eating lots of veg n fruit n drinking water . Grapes give a lot of energy as they have a high sugar content. The acid in grapes help toward fighting off cancer, they r also rich in potassium which helps to fight off mental confusion and depression. Even so, if u wanto lose weight i wld use all the fruits n veggies, they all have their own brilliant vitamins and minerals, all the best *

You need a healthy balanced diet.

Sticking to grapes will deprive your body of so many nutrients that it would actually be very bad for you.

Please try to include a variety of fruit, veg and proteins in your diet.

yes but you will put it all back on when you start eating properly again. its not a successful way to lose weight. Also you won't only lose weight but you'll lose essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

I'm sure you'll lose some weight, but you'll also have diarrhea, so be prepared for that. I wouldn't advise this though.
