Make it in a glass pan. When it is complete, cover it with plastic and then foil and freeze. When you are ready to cook it, take it out and put it in the oven. Super easy...

I line my baking dish with aluminum foil, keep enough foil at the ends to act as "handles". When I'm finished making the Lasagna, I lift the entire thing out of the dish, with the "handles". Wrap it completely with more foil and freeze.

If you are wanting to freeze the entire thing, then just put cover it and put it in the freezer.

If you want to be able to just take some out at a time, then separate it into single serving and freeze them. Either way it will work. Not all that difficult!

Make it in an ovenproof dish, then cover it with foil and put it in the freezer. Before you want to bake it, take it out of the freezer an hour or two early so the dish has time to warm up a bit before putting it in the oven, otherwise it'll crack.

After baking in the conventional manner cover with foil and cool. After reasonably cooled simply place in your home freezer compartment. It will stay in very good shape for a very long time .

once you've baked it. Let it cool to room temp and cover with plastic wrap. make sure tight seal. even better if your bake dish has air tight lid. if you have a deep freeze, you're golden. stick it in. I don't so I've had to half mine and put in regular freeze. good luck.
