in this context, re, R&S, then yes....you don't get half as many fundamentalists

edit: you have to laugh, this question was asked in the R and S section, yet you have people mentioning teeth, which, by the way, was started by some American comedian, and not even true...such a ridiculous stereotype! Sure, a lot of Brits probably do have bad teeth, but then so do a lot of Americans

and what the hell does British comedy have to do with this question also? Slapstick? Well, yes, that's true, but there's also a lot of sophisticated comedy that probably isnt aired in the U.S for whatever reasons, in fact Brit comedy is well-rounded

Not sure why you have put this in this category!!!!! I believe that the British are more sophisticated that Americans because they seem to be loud and brash - the ones I have had contact with that is. There doesn't seem to be anything sophisticated about them at all! Not sure why you have lumped silly with sophisticated either!

British trust on BBC and Americans trust on CNN and Fox.

Actually, BBC is more smart and likes to keep their audience more informed. CNN and FOX's job is to keep their audience less informed and thus ...

Yes, we are a much more immature culture, for the most part. Especially when it comes to religion.
