I know drinking milk helps you grow but if you drank teh same amount of white milk would you grow taller than drinking the same amount of chocolate milk? I do know your parents height affects your height but I am trying to find ways to help yourself grow taller. I already know drinking milk, exercising, and sleep. If you have anymore than please add. Also how many hours of sleep are needed for a young teenager?

believe it or not, chocolate milk has more nutrients in it (my mother's a health teacher). && a teenager needs at least 8 hours of sleep, adults need 6.

Yes, but you also get the added sugar...

Hours of sleep: Between 9-10 per night would be optimal.
