I have two kittens who are sisters of 5 months old. One of them has started to do weird stuff like rubbing herself on the walls and screaming like a baby asking for her mama!! Doctor said they can be neuterlized by the age of 1 year so I kinda hesitate thinking that she might me on heat already until I saw her yesterday and her sister who was biting her on her butt and doing like if she would be a male cat trying to mount her. Scary picture!
Is this a normal behaviour for 5 months old kittens? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

She's definitely in heat. Some cats go into heat for the first time as young as four months - five months is not unusual at all.

You need to get her fixed as quickly as possible. It's really weird that your vet would say one year - I've never heard of a vet saying that. Some say six months, but even that is getting rare. Find a new vet.

Every time you cat goes into heat, the hormones in her bloodstream raise her risk of mammary cancer and several other diseases. Ideally, a cat should be spayed before the first heat - so try to get BOTH of your girls done ASAP. (Most vets will spay a cat while she is in heat, but some won't, so you might have to wait for her to go out of it. Her sister can be spayed right away, though.)

Be very, very careful with the in-heat cat - females in heat will try anything to get out of the house and find a mate. Be careful to confine her, or she might be gone before you know it - and even if she comes back, she'd more than likely be pregnant.

In summary: Find a vet that will spay them both NOW.

Good luck!

Cats can be spayed and neutered much earlier than one year old. I adopted a kitten about a year and a half ago at the age of 6 months and she was already fixed. Go to another vet and get a second opinion. But yes this is normal behavior if they're not fixed.

Cats can go into heat at around 5-6 months of age.....1 year is WAY too late to wait to get them spayed. Sounds like you need a new vet.

Your doctor did not say they can be "neuterilized by the age of 1". Any vet knows that females get Spayed, not neutered and there is no such word as "neuterlized". All vets also know that they can be spayed as early a 3-4 months old. Take them to a real vet and get them spayed.

Your kitten sounds like she is definately in heat. You should get her spayed if you don't want her going into heat again. I'm not sure why your veterinarian said one year.
Most veterinarians will spay or neuter kittens as young as 6-8 weeks and weighing at least 2 pounds. Check with another vet.

This is probably their first heat... My kitty, Neko, went into heat last week, she's also 5 months old. I'm planning to get her fixed, so I won't have to deal with horny cat behaviour!
