Ok so the best leave in conditioner is "Kiehl's Intensive Repairateur Deep Conditioning Pak" it makes my dry, crispy hair soft and shiny and it looks so healthy. Plus the effects last for a whole week so you only have to use a little bit for soft, radient, healthy looking hair all week long! Plus its only 18.00 dollars!

Infusium. Leave in treatment. I found it works great after shampoo and condition with Infusium products but also can be used on dry hair during the day, on the ends. It comes in a spritzer bottle that can be slipped into your purse to take to work.
One thing you should know is that for any product to work you can't give up on it after one week. These products need about a month to really make a difference on your hair.

Bed Head "Ego Boost" leave in conditioner and split end mender. I just found it myself after years of using glossing polish or repair & shine. I LOVE IT!
