I add hot sauce to mine. But you can also add things like sausage, hamburger meat, tuna fish. Chop up some tomatoes and jalapenos.

Try mixing it with chili!! Yes, it sounds kind of weird, but it's actually really good. Either make your own chili (it tastes best if you don't use a vegetarian chili) and add it to the mac and cheese prepared according to the box's directions or try a canned chili, such as Hormel. Really easy and yummy!!! Enjoy!!

I cook 2 regular boxes like normal, pour them in a casserole dish. brown up 1 lb of beef and mix with spaghetti sauce, italian seasoning, and a can of corn. then i pour that on top of the mac and chz (my boyfriend mixes it in with the mac), sprinkle shredded cheddar on the top, and then into the oven for thirty minutes at 350 degrees, serve with Italian bread.

Whenever I want to make a bland entree more flavorful, my first thought is ground red (cayenne) pepper. Be careful, though. Depending on your tolerance, you could end up with a burned mouth.
