ok, i'm not sure if this is a coincidence, but recently i purchased some prenatal vitamins because i heard that they may be better for your health. i'm not pregnant and i don't plan on getting pregnant any time soon. still, my hair seems to have grown significantly since i started taking them with omega 3 supplements. it's like my hair is a lot shiner and bouncier too.
