Well, you are 130 pounds, so I would say that you don't need to lose weight. But I have found the best way is to obviously decrease your calorie intake. For every 1500 calories you cut you will lose about a pound. That does not mean starve yourself though. If you do that your body will just store everything you eat in preservation and you wont lose anything. Just cutting your calorie intake by 300 or so calories a day will have long term success. Just as important is cardio excercise. If you run, bike, or do eliptical for 30 minutes four days a week and cut your calorie intake you are destined to lose weight, and keep it off.

Simply cut down on your intake of food.
Keep it healthy and full of vitamins but cutting down is really the only way. There is no magic pill so don't even go there. We all get fat due to shoveling it in. Cut back and all will be fine.

walking is about the best and watch your calorie intake along with that then start exercising after you have gotten used to the walking...... Good Luck I lost 131 lbs in 1 year

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
