Me and my girlfriend have been together for 6 months now and we both tell eachother that were in love but i just get the feeling that something is wrong,when it is just me and her alone wether it be at her place or somewhere else secluded,we have the most amazing time ever,we laugh like crazy,were all smiling, were all over eachother,we have amazing sex,and basically when its just us 2 we have the best time ever,and here is usually where we tell eachother about how much we love eachother,Then when we go outside into public everything changes,i go to college with her too and when we are there and i see her and run over to hug her she seems to just be like whatever,and i ALWAYS see her talking with lots of guys and looking happy,and then when i come it seems like shes not as happy,and when were the mall im all hugging her and all,and when we kiss she cant even look at me while were doing it. I do not understand what is wrong, she loves me to death when were alone but not in public? help

yes it probably does seem like shes just using me but she has introduced me to her family,shes talked about like wanting to marry me, she even got me this 200$ gift for christmas for me, so i dont get it, by the way she acts she rlly loves me, and also a response was that she doesnt want to be known with me in public, i dont think its true because on the few days she does seem happy to see me she goes around telling every1 im her bf and tht im sexy and stuff liek that? so shes not embarassed, i duuno..

I think she is not that into the relationship. I experienced a similar problem with a college boyfriend. On campus he wanted nothing to do with me. I got fed up and broke up with him over it, which turned out to be a wise choise - he later confided in me that he did not really want a relationship, needed more experience, etc. (I was his first - EVERYTHING).
It does not sound like love at all to me.

You're too smothering. A lot of people do not like public displays of affection. Back off and just be her friend. Don't be so ready to show you "possess" her or that "she is yours".
It's too soon to say if she loves you. She probably likes the one-on-one, but maybe she's not ready for the "you're the only one in the world for me." She'll never feel that way if you keep smothering her. It'd be a good idea for you to find things to without her.

Okay, I have had similar problems and still do, maybe she doesnt like you showing your affection out in public so much, girls tend to keep it on the downlow alot and what it to be a private matter, but once your married it doesnt matter, she probably isnt embarressed she just likes getting attention, she does love you, girls do throw that word around, just to throw it around. but bring it up, ask her about her intentions, u will be surprised she might feel the same about you, good luck

sorry but i dont think she is as in love with you as you are with her. it sounds like she is using you....if she is talking to other guys in public and will only kiss/hug you in private...yea i think she doesnt want anyone else to know that yall are together. it seems that she is waiting for someone else to come along so she can dump you for him. :( sorry...maybe im wrong.

she loves uh but she is ashamed with uh in public for a not known reason...talk to her...try to change ure look or something...if nothing gets better....break up...its best 4 uh...srry if i was too cold or direct...but its time to open ure eyes...
