If you are married get a lap top and keep in contact with your wife. This helps. Also a web cam helps considerably to see the comforts of your home and helps you forget for moments. I realize this is very difficult for you, especially as a leader of others. You are responsible for yourself and the others. I would be very willing to talk to you but some of the things that you do are confidential. I do not have the government clearance to even hear about it. I am very proud of all of you there. You are doing a job that is high pressured. You get the flack from those under you and those over you. That makes it awful tough to hang in there. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and keep you safe.

Hay... if ya wanna correspond with an old warrior, drop me a email... I do 'rehab' work in a VA hosp here in co, i wont say I've got any answers, but I've got a treasure trove of insights from vet's ranging in ages from there late twenty's, to there 60's..

...I know for a fact there are special 'wounds'...that never bleed..that kill or maim..

...that there are questions with answers, but the answer is a question...

...that heroism isn't always heroic, and heroics aren't always heroism...

...that an 'uncertainty' can and does have a 'life' all it;s own and that it 'lives' without mercy at times..

...that the spirit of a warrior suffers the cost's of memories, and payments can be high...

..that decisions made as combat-functional, often conflict with identity and self-concepts..

...that psychology is conceived from 'normality', and Battle mentality has it's secreted sanity...

...that if you are serious about communicating with associative awareness of a warrior Psyche, you will need a warrior as a peer..

If you want to be in a confidential exchange of insanity with someone who has found ways to function with a semblance of recovered sanity, feel free to write me...I'll reply...

Then why on earth would you come on here to find leaders? You have a chain of command, I recommend you use it. That is what it is there for. With as much military in Iraq right now I am pretty sure you can find a counterpart to talk to.
