Hmmm, well, you either buy some, or get some whipping cream. Yeah, get a thing of whipping cream, it comes in a carton, like one-quart things of milk, Whip it up with a hand mixer, after a while it will be whipped cream!
Don't forget to add some suger, maybe some nutmeg.

this is an excellent whipped cream icing recipe...it works out perfectly and tastes great too....
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
4 tablespoons water, cold
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine Gelatin and Cold Water in small saucepan.
Let stand until thick.
Place over low heat, stirring constantly, just until Gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat and cool, but do not allow to set.
Whip Cream, Sugar and Vanilla until slightly thickened.
While beating slowly, gradually add Gelatin to Whipped Cream mixture.
Whip at high speed until stiff.

Beat up some heavy whipping cream using a mixer (it will be too hard to get the soft peaks if you try to do this by hand). Once it starts to get to a good consistancy add some sugar (not to much). Then you can add flavoring like vanilla extract or almond extract.

HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Whip cream with mixer. Be careful not to overbeat or else will get too thick like butter. When it begins to thicken, add sugar and vanilla; stir. Refrigerate

Buy some heavy whipping cream and the directions on how to whip it is on the side of the box. Of course, this is unsweetened, so you will have to sweeten it to your desired tastes.
