i know tht they love me but they're very ironic they keep laughing at theirselves and me i laugh too but when i return home i feel so bad it's not very funny keeping laughing at theirselves and under esteeming ourselves i laugh but there is a bad feeling enters my heart!!, i don't want to see them again i fed up from them

If they are true friends they should understand if you talk to them and let them know that it bothers you some with the laughing all the time. Be honest with them. That what friends are for to be their for each other and be supportive.

This may sound cheesey but next time they start beating themselves up, instead of joining in on the self-degredation, say "ya know what, I'm not doing this anymore, I'm awesome and I want the world to know it..." then just walk off... eventually if you keep telling yourself you are awesome, you'll start to believe it and you'll really truely become the person God intended you to be...
