If your liking this guy only because he's hot then your not in to him your just looking for one thing and if that what you want then go for it.
Just because this guys is hot dose it mean he a nice guy? And he's your boss; think about your job, can you find a new one if he doses fires you? Can you live off what you have saved in the bank for a few months until you find this said new job? Ask your HR manager what the polices here about dating in the work place, you never leave a job before you have one all ready to takes it's place.
Going for looks could cost you here make sure he's wroth it.

you simply tell him no adding that the worst thing any person can do is date in the working environment. It's called not dipping the pen in the company ink well! He might be the boss and you just one employee but the thing is you loose both ways if you do date because he will fire you after you don't fulfill his fantasies sexually and he won't keep you there if you do other wise both of you will get all google eyed if you are better in bed that he is and or he is all the good looks says he might be

I wouldn't date while you are in a superior-subordinate relationship, because there are too many power dynamics that impact both work and personal. But in many cases, if you really are interested, you or he can change positions. Then you must ask....
1. What are the official policies on dating within the organization
2. What are the norms.
a) Do others date within?
b) Do others talk negatively about dating within--- are you positive that they will think it's about sex, and if it is, do they care.

Say no. There are other hot guys out there who aren't your boss and have better morals. Your boss shouldn't be asking you out. It's unethical.

Say yes if you want, but its dangerous when you mix romance with work. If you want to say no, then say no.If he fires you, you can get a lawyer and sue for sexual harassment.
