During medical school, I would say that the bones in your back and the coccyx because of all the sitting and studying you do.

Once you graduate medical school, the tarsals, metatarsals, carpal and metacarpals (hands, fingers, feet and toes) are what you use the most. For treating patients, writing scripts and performing daily tasks.

I would guess at the bones in your fingers and hands. Those do the probing, gesturing, writing, cutting, sewing, etc.
