This looks like a fairly easy recipe with not alot of ingredients.

Apple Cinnamon Bread
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. diced apples

Mix together all the above ingredients and make a layer in a greased bread pan. Mix 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle over layer of dough. Add another layer, sprinkle rest of cinnamon mixture over the top. Run tip of knife gently through batter to give swirl effect. Bake in preheated oven to 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Spread diced apples on top of brown sugar and cinnamon, roll up like jelly roll. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until brown. Baked bread will sound hollow when topped.
