Get the child welfare on him. Sign up with family responsibilities services. They will force him to pay. He will not have a chance to get out of this. Make the basta*d pay through the nose.

Talk to him about it, and if he still doesn't do anything, take him to court, if he in fact, is the one who has to pay child support.

if you already filed for child support, do nothing the courts will take care of that for you i don't know what state you live in but in PA if you get to far behind a warrent will be issued for your arrest and you will go to jail.

Seek legal advice! Too bad it isn't possible to put his photo on the front page of your local newspaper with the caption....Deadbeat Dad.....over his photo. Bet he'd pay up real quick, but then again, maybe not!!!
