Don't say anything! If she comes to you repeatedly, just tell her you're not interested. You don't owe her any explanations, so you dont even need to tell her you have a g/f.
Just tell her to back off.

Tell her you didn't mean to lead her on and that you don't return those feelings. Tell her you love your girlfriend very much and were just being friendly. Then try to avoid her.
