He does now me and I know him. We've been friends for a long time. But since a year, it's been more to me. I know more about him, then he does. I believe he likes me back, but I'm just afraid to spill my guts. I just want advice and answers ^_^

ofcourse she doesn't love you if you don't giver her time to get to know you. show her your good sides and be nice and get her stuff. after a while i'm sure she'll like you more, it takes work.

Well it depends, are you going out? You only lose if you don't try so try, and keep trying. Give things time.
Do not make this person your everything because if it doesn't work out you'll have nothing.
