You could just walk up to him and recite all of the names of the intermediate molecules in glycolysis and include the names of the enzymes which catalyze each step and the name of each step; this will make him think that you're smart, and most men aren't able to resist a girl who knows her glycolysis. An even more impressive regurgitation of knowledge would be if you would recite the same information about the citric acid cycle, but that's an opinion...it depends on a man's personal preferences. Some find glycolysis more impressive; some find the citric acid cycle more impressive.
