My King Charles is three years old and lately has been getting sick quite often..about twice a day. and he'l just throw up wherever..the kitchen floor,outside etc.It's also just like white liquid..can anyone tell me why this is..

take him to a vet.
my neighbor's dog had that problem.
turn's out he was allergic to a lot of things in the house.
maybe your dog is allergic to something.

Vomiting can be a sign of hundreds of illnesses, there is no way to tell what it is without having a vet do some bloodwork or x-rays.

sounds like he has a digestive problem, take him to the vet and get him checked out he could have somethin stuck that is causing him to be sick but he cant bring it up.

has he maybe been sick before and you hadn't seen it ,that soundsl ike hes already emptied his stomach and is bringing up nothing now.
give him plenty of water and give him only his dog food and get to vets when you can.
So many reasons why he would be sick .

do not beat it thats just cruel
give him lots of water and only his kind of doggy food
definetly bring him to the vet if he doesnt get better ina day
