she also kissed a guy when she was with me, now she dosent want abortion, and if i leave her she will get back on me by dragging me in court, should i marry her and then cheat her the way she did to me,

I am a virgin and does not belong to usa should i marry her for green card and then leave her, she lied about her past she cheated on me not its hard to live with her for whoule of my ife

Don't marry her. Why would you want to support someone so stupid and a child that isn't yours on top of that?

The green card? Still, don't do it to yourself. That's not a good reason to put up with someone. There are other ways to earn your citizenship.

You have a big problem but this is what I think you should do, break up to her because you don't know if you can trust her, but like the baby is yours you can give her money for the baby care, but you don't have to be with her. Also you should not marry her for the green card because you seem like a good guy and just manipulating someone won't make her less and you more. Just go to court if that makes it easier.

If its not yours, get the hell out. You do not want to marry her. If it is yours, you still might want to get out of that situation. You'll have to pay child support, but you would have had to pay for child expenses anyway probably.

is she pregnant by you or someone else...if it is someone else then do not marry her....if it is you, you will have to pay anyway....get a paternity test when the baby is born...good luck
