let alone he let me use one of his cars until the car i originally bought was finished to top it off i got pulled over and handcuffed because lender car was stolen

The lender car is stolen and you have not got your car back. Does this ring a bell?? Go to the police and file a report. Then you might have to get an attorney to sue.

You need to contact the dealer's division for your state's licensing agency, if you were purchasing from a dealer. If from a private party, you should have documents showing the deal, the payments required, and the title showing you as the registered owner, and the private party as the lien holder. If you don't have documentation showing an agreement, you will be out of luck. Never purchase on an oral agreement is the lesson here.
