So for disposable contacts that are supposed to last two weeks, does a day that you do not wear them count in the two weeks? For instance, not wearing them on the weekends ..so you could wear for them for a few days extra? And how do you know when you should toss em out? What are the pros and cons of disposables?

The days you don't wear them don't count in the 2 weeks. And you toss them after 2 weeks, that's why they call them 2 week disposable contacts. I have monthly disposables but I wear them longer than that. You could probably get an extra week out of yours but doctors will tell you not to. They get money when you go and buy new ones!
