I am concerned about my boyfriend. I think he is scare of me. Like if we are talkin and if I move my hand he would flare up his arms as is he thinks I am going to hit he. ( which I would not) This has been going on for over a month until he finally came clean and told me he was abused by his exs. He is such a sweet, honset, and quiet guy I just do not under stand why the girls he was with before me hit on him. And this worries me. I told him that he did not have to be afraid because I would not do any thing to hurt him if he did not hurt me. What should I do.

It sounds like you are doing the right thing. You told him that you are not like his ex's and will not hurt him. Just keep on being loving, caring and supportive with him. It will be hard for him to turn around right away. You have to earn his trust and you will. I know this cause I was in an abusive relationship. It was hard for me to trust guys. Now I am with a guy who treats me wonderfully. It tokk a little time for me to trust but I knew in order to get over things I ned to give the trust out. It was difficult but I trust him with my life now. Give him time. Keep on having talks with him. Be loving.
Good luck.

Maybe he needs to consider on seeing a counselor for him being abused. He may be insecure and if you two consider in marriage, he may want to fix this type of behavior before it gets worse. If this happens again when you two are together, just hold him closely and be there for him. He should also be thankful for having a 'real woman' taking care of him, rather than an evil woman.
