I have heard that tea has more caffeine then coffee.
But, my mother is closed to 90yrs. old and she is rarely sick, she is strong, alert, and looks great...sometimes, I think it all the cups of tea (regular) she drinks in a day.
But, more so, she leaves the tea bag in. And rarely washes that cup.
Mmmmmmmm! wonder is that is the secret to a long healthy life. Never know.

Tea is controversial because on one hand it stains the teeth, high caffeine (not as high as coffee), dieuretic, tannic acid does not allow the absorption of iron...Now for the positives: people get enjoyment out of the break with tea. My family was tea drinkers both summer and winter. If you put fruit in the tea it is good
