can I just go to any college that has 'medical' majors or go to a college that has sports medicine major in it?

sports medicine isn't something you can focus on until you've graduated from med school and apply for residency. until then, your best bet in college is to major in something you like (most people don't understand there is no pre-med major) or something you can make good grades in.

You go to college for pre-med, and then for a medical degree. Then you do a residency in orthopedics and after that, a second one in the sub-specialty of sports medicine.

Athletic training, kinesiology, or physical therapy. I don't know if "sports medicine" is a major, but the ones I listed are, for sure.
