This is so easy; you have three options:
1) You could tie a fishing line across the hallway so that you can trip and fall on it in front of him so that he will help you up. Then when he's helping you up, you say, "Oh, my, thank you, you strong old man," and you proceed to ask him for a date.
2) You go up to him and say, "Gosh, what is that awful smell? Oh, I think it's your breath. Why don't you have one of my mints so that I can kiss you later on without vomiting on your nice clothes?"
3) You could just walk up to him and recite all of the names of the intermediate molecules in glycolysis and include the names of the enzymes which catalyze each step and the name of each step; this will make him think that you're smart, and most men aren't able to resist a girl who knows her glycolysis. An even more impressive regurgitation of knowledge would be if you would recite the same information about the citric acid cycle, but that's an opinion.

Need more info, but usually guys don't have any problem letting girls know if they like them or not. If you already know each other and he hasn't hinted that he likes you... thats not a good sign. See if someone else can suggest to him that you like him and see how he reacts. If he doesnt respond with a bit of excitement than its just not there. Dont take it personal, different people just have different taste. Dont just sit and do nothing either its better too find out if there is a chance or if you need to move on.

You just have to tell him you like him and ask how he feels about you. Rejection sucks but we all get rejected from time too time, but life is about risk and if you don't take a risk you'll never know.

Just tell him. Thru a note or thru a friend. Let him know how you feel. Then let nature take its course. It may turn out that he likes you back...but, was afraid to tell you.

tell him how you feel and all and don't be scared just come out with it and say something like I think you are cute do you wanna go out sometime... and go from there and make sure you give him your number and all or vice versa

ask him it usually works if he says no ask his friends. if that doesn't work you'll know if he flirts with u a lot
