Thinking of it as a "game" is likely to cause you the most pain. People's emotions are no game.
Of the things you list here's my view:
A) The one you like/love not liking/loving you back - that's a bummer but not devastating....after all it takes time for love to build so chances are this situation isn't very serious...this is more of a disappointment
B) The one you like/love not being faithful - this is quite hurtful and can damage someone's trust in others long term...this may be the one that hurts the most
C) The one you like/love passing away - although is is very painful, it's part of life...the other person didn't take action to hurt us (as in cheating) as they probably didn't want to die any more than we wanted them to...this has less chance of affecting us in our future dating (as far as baggage goes)
D) The one you like/love being with someone else after a breakup - like "A" it's an ouch but not that big of a deal...in fact, it's to be expected...few people end relationships and never get involved with anyone ever again...

at the tender age of 25 i had the 'C' and i thought that my life was over. had to raise our baby myself, but on i went
i didn't date for 31/2 years. then a guy came around and i let him in. well to make a long story short.
he dumped me when my use had run out. i was everything then nothing in the blink of an eye. i gave him everything that i could, and tossed away like yesterdays trash ,i was.
now ,i am left with all these sour bitter feelings, and i take it out on innocent men. ones that have done no wrong to me, but i can not let get close for fear of it happening again.
so while C- death almost caused my death, i accepted it and moved past it
but A- loving one that obviously didn't love me back has poisoned me to any other man.
and i have been B- cheated on and he got a D- new girlfriend. but i was happy for both, because they deserved each other....LOL

C) The one you love passing away. Those other things are pretty hurtful too, but if they pass you cant bring them back, see them again, hear their voice, or feel their touch. You can try to make someone love you, you can get them back if their unfaithful, (by doing the same thing to them), And if your the **** and their with somebody else you can steal them back becasuse that love will always be there!

E. Finding out you have totally crushed the person you care about most and having to listen to them cry for 2 hrs over the phone and not being their to comfort them. Then finding out the reason they got crushed is because some dirty lying tease tells them you basically tried to rape them. Trust me it sucks, it happened to me last month

I could say C the death of a loved one. All the others you can try to fix! But losing a love is irreversible and beyond our control.

E. loving someone, and being too scared to tell him\her then find out that he\she is with someone else and later finding out that you had a chance.
