I just went snowboarding yesterday and I am kinda sore. I was just wondering, is it ok for me to run for awile on my treadmill today? Im sort of new to working out and such, and am not sure if I should push myself when I'm sore.. If I will just hurt myself more and not be able to move by tommorow. . Or if it will help me become stronger?

I don't think you should run, but maybe walk. Walking is better. Running will just make you more sore.***Hope this helps!!Please rate my answer as best!!Thanx!!**

Its not a bad idea. It can make the soreness go away SOMETIMES. However I would do two things after working out this time. Sit in the whirlpool for a nice long time and take a nice long hot bath.

nothing wrong with doing some light cardio for 30-45 minutes. the increased blood flow helps to bring more nutrients to the areas that are in need of repair.
