okay so i weight 120 pounds and i know that average for a girl my age but i have love handles and i little bit of a belly. I want to get ride of all that , and thats the only thing i dont like about myself... im willing to do whatever.

See a nutritionist and find the safest way possible. Just eating healthy and regular excersise can safely cut out the extra pounds.

You're only 15 so stop worrying about your weight. you will grow into it as everyone else is going to tell you. you are still growing.
when you're 18 and if you still have a little extra weight the go on a diet. but for now just nourish your body with healthy food and water, no pop and exercise when you have time and don't overdo it.. Do healthy by your body. you only get one in this lifetime. no coffee or smoking both stunt your growth, good luck in life and keep well

u don't have to loss weight all u have to do is soma sit ups it helped me do about 50 a day.
