Do they speak fench at all in Ghana?

Personally, I don't know any Ghanaians who speak French, and those who do have probably studied it abroad. In Ghana, people speak either their tribal language or English, which is the official language.

French is spoken in many of the surrounding countries, though.

well im ghanian and since most of our neighbors are french speaking some people learn it like how americans learn spanish

it is not the official language. there may be a small minority of people there who speak it but not very many. english is the official language.
