It's called lonliness. You need to heal. Letting go is the first step.
Even if you don't feel like it, start behaving yourself into being okay. It will be hard at first. The worst thing you could do right now is cut yourself off from friends and family even though that is probably what you want to do.
If you have a friend or family member you trust, talk to them about this. It is okay to be sad and hurt, but you need to work THROUGH those feelings or you will be doomed to repeat it over and over in other relationships.

It's hard to let go when you feel the way you do, but in order to move on, you must let go of this woman. You've been trashed & that doesn't feel very good, so keeping in mind how you are feeling, let go & consider yourself lucky that she'll never trash you again.

It is the lack of Jesus in your heart. Love on him for a while and I'd bet you get a NEW BETTER woman than the one you just can't let go of.
