The indigenous hen egg that one gets in India is called the desi egg - its smaller, brownish and undebatably, tastier. The other one is the broiler egg or the videsi or vilayati egg as is commonly known. All sites give the constituents for the broiler eggs - do the desi eggs have different nutrients in them, in differing percentages from the videsi egg?
