the girl that sits next to me asked if i had a girlfriend. i said no. the next day while she was talking to the girl next to me she was leaning way over and had her head on my shoulder. plus she is really cute. do you think i should ask her out?

Are you kidding she is into you. If that is not a safe instance to ask a girl out you will never find one. That is about as safe as it gets.
