Love is right next to Hate.

The word normal seems to be what most people should want to strive for. What's normal for me is not necessarily what is normal for you.

In the course of developing maturity, we all go through a period of time where we reject what our family has taught us and set out to find out what the "real truth" is for us. There is a period of rebellion as well. During this time we may justify our actions by thinking that we "hate" our family.

Unless you are a victim of serious abuse, you don't really hate them. Heck, I WAS a victim of physical, verbal, and emotional abuse and I have to say I had a LOVE/HATE relationship with my parents. I don't spend alot of time with my family, I prefer the company of my own friends and children.

Hope this answers your question.

depend on ur situation, u should find out why u hate your family? if they mistreat u than it would be normal, or if they given you everything than you should figure out why u hate them...
