No. Genetics make you bald. Baldness runs in your family. Protein shakes have NOTHING to do with baldness.

No, this is a crazy idea.... whoever told you this. I'm a hairdresser, and we use pure protein to thicken the hair and make it healthier. Protein is good for your body, and is good for weight loss or to build muscle. My husband takes it to work out, and I take the same thing to help keep me full longer to loose weight. I highly recommend a low calorie protein shake for both.

no...the human body can not differentiate between amino acids that are derived from a protein supplement or a piece of fish..protein is protein only the biological value (BV) changes from source to source.
