When you take a shower, use a small pumice stone to scrub your heels. After you are done with your shower, soak your feet in epsom salt. Epsom salt has many soothing properties and is good to relax your muscles, and it can draw out toxins in your body. After you have been on your feet all day, it is great to use. If you are feeling sore or tired, you can just take a whole body soak!

After that, dry your feet with a warm soft towel. Now it is time to slather on the olive oil! Just rub on as much as you want, then slip on some nice, warm, thick, cottony socks. Sleep in them overnight and repeat in the morning and night, you don't need to soak them again. Just try soaking them once a week and that should help.

For dry skin, be sure you are eating a lot of fresh fruit and veggies, plus 8+ glasses of water a day! Exfoliate once a week. Now moisturize in the morning and at night, right after you shower. If you stat consistent, your skin should improve.

For softer skin, you need some honey. Go into the bathroom and turn up the really hot water. When it feels like a sauna, rub honey right onto your legs, don't rub it into your skin though, just let it sit there. After a few minutes, the honey should turn really watery. Now rub it in. Then wash it off with cold water. Your skin will feel strange, but once your leave the hot bathroom, your skin will be so soft! I guarentee it!

For cracked heels and dry skin you absolutely have to try Avon's Cracked Heel Relief Cream! It's the best ever. They have an entire line for the feet, it's called FootWorks and you can give yourself a complete pedicure for a really reasonable price.

Search foot works at the link below to see it all.

The key to fully solving your problem would be to.... exfoliate. In order to get softer hands and feet you have to remove the dead skin cells causing the problem. Lotion alone will make a difference but all its doing is softening up packed on dead skin cells. I worked for BBW and they sold a great hand exfoliater called "Just a minute 60 sec manicure scrub" its a sugar scrub with shea butter. I also use a hand cream called " Look Ma, new hands!" and it has paraffin in it and works great for softening up. For your feet.... i would use a foot soak to soften the skin( foot loose and fancy fizz)... then exfoliate again( toe the line)...... and moisturize( heel of approval Cracked heel treatment). I also used the three from Bath and body works and the same line as well, its called true blue spa. You dont have to use these specific ones. They are just my personal preference the only one i would recommend by brand would def. be "look ma new hands". Ok i feel like ive babbled enough.. hahah. I can go on forever about these things.

Before going to bed wash your feet with warm water, scrub them, if they do not hurt, dry them up with a towel, use crack creme on your heels and toe, u will very soon have smooth heels. Further always wear chappal at home also. Don't walk barefoot as it is dust which gives cracks to your skin.

Try Intense moisture cream from L'Bri Pure n' Natural Skin Care. Aloe is the first ingredient (not water, oil or alcohol like most lotions) and the rest are vitamins, minerals, herbs and botanicals. It's amazing stuff and 100% guaranteed. Check it out at suenelson.lbri.com. Good luck!
