I have swollen & red tonsils/glands, feel extremely tired all the time, & feel like someone is trying to choke me-its very painful at times-Gp has done blood tests which rules out "Glandular Fever" or does it?

Blood Tests are not 100% reliable. Find a second opinion, these symtpoms sound rather worrying, something like that of a infection or possibly virus if not glandular fever. Take paracetmols (ibuprofen), drink plenty of water for now. Seek a second opinion

Depends when u had the blood test . if too early in the disease glandular fever test could be negative. Go back to the docs to check it out.

it sounds like you have a very bad case of tonsillitis and need some antibiotics to clear it up, go back to your dr and ask him to find out what is going on you should not be in this pain for that amount of time

Sounds to melike you have chronic tonsillitis.
See your doctor. You need to be free of infection, and then they should remove your tonsils.
