If we were to stick to the classical Latin rules, we'd say "ray ghee na". But in such settings as the Coronation, the word is pronounced "ree-jyna", i.e. the traditional English pronounciation.

Hi Reggie --say 'Regina' like this
"ree" In English grammar we describe this as an R followed by a 'soft' E.
Next, your GI is almost a J sound, like this "Jeye" (with the 'eye' like the eye you are using to read this, (the first E of the eye being pronounced as an 'I' sound, so you get j-iye.
Finally, NA is two hard sounds. Try saying 'nnnaaa' very fast.
Hope that helps

It's pronounced to rhyme with "vagina". Please don't report this answer as it was not written in order to be rude, just to let the asker know how to pronounce the word.
